Boot Camp Qatar is a structured, outdoor, group based, 60 minute class for people who want to build and maintain their fitness.
If you’re tired of the smell of the gym, the unsociable members and the ‘nobody talks to me’ culture then come along to your local park for an exciting new kind of health and fitness experience.A typical session
Bootcamp is very varied. Over the course of the month you will exercise your whole body using a range of bodyweight resistance exercises, equipment based exercises, running and core work.
We keep it varied to keep it fresh but also to ensure the body can’t adapt (it is very good at that) which means the improvements keep on coming.
Bootcamp is high intensity and minimal rest. During the hour long session you will work very hard. In fact (as a long standing member once said) “I challenge anyone to work that hard on their own”. The camaraderie and attention from the instructors means you will push yourself to your limits. That is why you will get fit.

The classes start at 6am, 6pm and 7.30pm weekdays (a bit earlier on Thursdays) - see the schedule section for more info. There are two locations Corniche Park and Education City.
